1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WhiteHouseBound (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Creating an account, making a purchase, or continuing to use the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

WhiteHouseBound is a political engagement platform offering candidate profiles, voting tools, polls, matchmaker quizzes, community chat (“The Arena”), and premium subscription features. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans (Advocate Pro, Electoral War Room, Lifetime) are billed through Stripe. Subscription plans auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate in USD unless you cancel before renewal. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, lifetime purchases, or partial billing periods.

If you cancel a subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for early cancellation.

6. User-Generated Content

The Arena chat rooms, hot takes, polls, and other user-submitted content are provided by users, not by WhiteHouseBound. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content. You are solely responsible for content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or community guidelines without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Post spam, malware, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhiteHouseBound and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
